1. Good Morning, Chlorophyll Time: 7:00 AM
2. Brush time with Chlorofresh toothpaste: 8:00 AM
3. Bathing Time with Elan Premium Bath Soap: 8:30 AM
4. Breakfast Time: 9:00 AM
5. Chlorophyll time + Supplement Time: 11:00 AM
6. Lunch Time: 1:00 PM
7. Snacks Time: 4:00 PM
8. Chlorophyll Time: 5:00 PM
9. Dinner Time: 9:00 PM
10. Supplement Time & Good Night: 10:00 PM
