1 ★Previous Review: "Terrible, just absolutely terrible. Clunky interface, begware, hostageware, the fax app equivalent of farm simulator. Absolutely not worth it." Update: I understand, however it's not all about price, there are many problems with your app. I found another app that was much more polished. It also has multiple price tiers however they made it clear from the beginning. Good luck and have a wonderful day.
4 ★I had to convert my .docx cover page that I'd already made into a .jpg for it to be seen by the apps add file function, even after I installed the Microsoft Word add on, but once I did that it only took about 3 minutes for my 3 page fax to be sent. Bravo, well done. You get your first 10 pages for free, so that works for me, I even still have 7 pgs left, thanks!
1 ★I payed for the services but it failed to deliver COMPLETE documents. Out of 29 pages sent only less than half were received. Dont want to continue paying for unreliable service. This has happened not once but twice. Waiting for reply from customer service. It would be a great app if it was reliable each time. UPDATE: Customer service promptly reached out but after asking what had happened I reveived no further contact. Ended up finding another fax app called EASYFAX which is cheaper and better
5 ★Fantastic app for a fantastic service. This has answered my need, as I work remotely in operations management. I have only a slight need for faxes (mileage reimbursement requests, old school paper timesheets, various other paperwork, etc.) so it doesn't make sense to purchase a fax machine. This service and app fills the small need perfectly. Reliable and fast; it's everything I need.
3 ★Haven't had any issues with the app. Works great. Only problem I do not like is when scanning thru the app with the cam, it doesn't enhance the picture into a pdf. It's better to use a app like CamScanner and then send the doc thru FaxPlus. Also instead on charging you per credit, it bills you monthly. They need to use a per credit use option without the monthly bill. Due to that, I'll be looking for another app with that option. Too much of a hassle to subscribe then cancel just to get credits.
1 ★This app doesn't work. I was supposed to get 10 pages free. I sent 4 pages and the program only sent 3 then failed. I tried to send again and it failed because I didn't have enough credits even though I had only used 4 pages of my free 10. So I bought credits and sent again and it failed after 3 pages. I ended up going somewhere to send the fax.
5 ★I was having trouble sending over a document for my student loans...the error message kept saying file too large & I really wanted to get this taken care of immediately. Read over the app info & downloaded it. I really love it! I only need to send things so no need for the $5 fee for myself just yet....I was able to sign in using my Google account which saved a ton of time, the setup is super user friendly..am keeping this app!
4 ★This works well for someone who has to send very few faxes. I would give it five stars if I didn't have to buy credits to send verification documents once every six months. I was recently exposed to Covid-19 and don't like walking into a public building to send a batch of documents that should be easy to send online. Overall, this app is convenient for certain circumstances.
1 ★Total rip-off! The first time I used it to send something it worked fine, it used a few of my free credits and no problem. The second time, I spent the $5.99 to buy more credits so I could send another fax. It sent only part of the fax and then said I didnt have enough credits to send the rest of it when I originally had enough to send the whole thing. I tried contacting them through the app a few days ago and still no response back, so I feel like I wasted my time and money on this app.
1 ★Does it not work if you don't subscribe? I tried to send a 2 page fax with a cover letter, typed it all out, and it sat in the outgoing box for well over an hour. When I went back to check, it was nowhere to be found! Not in the sent folder, outgoing, and the recipient didn't get it. This was time sensitive and now it's late. Thanks. 😡
5 ★Love this app! Super convenient, easily send and receive faxes. Love that it stores everything with recorded dates and times sent and that the documents can be transfered and stored. Also, it's great that regardless of what device I'm working from, or where I'm working, at any time I am able to access my personal "fax machine".
3 ★The service and app work incredibly easy. But I needed to fax over 100 pages. And I was led to believe that this app and service were completely free. After I faxed 10 pages it wouldn't let me fax anymore until I chose a plan..its the old bait and switch con..the only reason I did choose a plan was because I really had to get my records over to the hospital..I had no choice !
