5 ★The latest update breaks every feature I need to book a table
1 ★Wework prestige cube was overbooked on may 08, 2023, i was finally able to get an empty space after 20 minutes and then i was asked to leave, i politely asked them to give me 2 hours since it was empty but they denied and asked me to leave within next 10 minutes and a guy asked me to leave the space literally after 2 minutes. I didn't find any empty space to sit and work and wasted my day commuting to wework and finding a space there. Please maintain inventory of spaces available!!
1 ★This is not flexible. You can only book day passes for coworking spaces. You can't just check in and out and pay for what you use like in other coworking spaces such as Work.Life. And the day passes are so expensive. There many more affordable, more flexible options out there that offer the same, if not better, facilities.
3 ★Downloaded the app a while ago but only just updated and signed up. First time of use and the locations will not open. Have tried several locations and resetting the app. My internet is good. Galaxy S22 Ultra.
2 ★Availability map only works half the time, and often gets hung up during the booking process. Great when it does work though. Have tried with location on/off and wifi/5g
5 ★Recently re-instated my WeWork membership and downloaded this specific app for the global pass. So far so great. If you purchased the all access membership, the black and white app option has the flexible work options for you to choose from.
4 ★Invalid_request error. The WeWork app uses your default web browser internally. I used a privacy browser and kept receiving an error for "invalid_request" until I switched it back to Google Chrome so the app works now but I don't want to use Google's browser at all.
3 ★Unable to enter an address while booking a desk 🤦. Update: turns out the bar on top was an address search bar. Frankly this was not intuitive on Android dark mode.
1 ★First, why do I have to download the app to check availability? There should be a web app for this. Second, why can't I filter a max room size. This means to find a small room I have to scroll through every single one. Third, why do you advertise that you have single person rooms when none are available anywhere. I thought WeWork was meant to be the best in the business... expected better
5 ★Amazing! The workspaces are beautiful so beautiful. They are located in high security locations and skyscrapers around the world. Perfect for the entrepreneur looking to take his or her business to the next level. Free cold brew coffee and kombucha, common areas to work with wifi and outlets. And beautiful offices with amazing views. And don't forget about the conference rooms. All for an amazing price.
2 ★no locations match your research, why? Happens all the time, need to uninstall, reinstall, sometimes it magically works, most often it doesn't.
1 ★App won't allow me to complete the sign up process. Customer support got back to me suggesting that I uninstall and reinstall - still doesn't work. It's a real shame because I'd like to book WeWork pay as you go services, but I am forced to look for other options now.
