In order to use this application, you must register yourself on your facility’s website and depending on your coverage plan you may need to enter a credit card to pay for the visit. After being registered you can log into the mobile application and request an appointment for the next available slot or in the future if your facility allows it.
We encourage the use of headphones set to a reasonable volume to clearly hear your provider; keep your phone steady during the telemedicine call to help stabilize the video.
