1 ★Takes forever to load.

1 ★Bar experience. Sonos just need to make a proper remote control, if you want to remotely access your Sonos speakers you can't. This needs to be fixed just like lots of other issues like other customers have raised.

2 ★Still bad - I generally have to start the app, shut it down and then open it again to get it to work. Every time I use it.

2 ★Incredibly buggy. I frequently have to close and restart the app due to the services and usual home screen music, appearing blank. Sonos radio is experiencing a re-authorisation bug too. It's a very disappointing and inconsistent experience

1 ★The app still fails to work with Alexa after the update last year and renders the way I use the system much less enjoyable.

1 ★Update for March 2025. Still an absolute mess. Barely works and seems to have gotten worse over the last 2 months. I will NEVER buy another Sonos product and I'd implore you to take the same stance.

2 ★A very slow and inconsistent app to play music through. Enough so that it is the reason we haven't continued to add to our Sonos setup.

1 ★Sonos is the absolute worst software ever produced. Can't believe I have 1000s of dollars of super high quality speakers that are useless paperweights because the SONOS controller software sucks. so. very. very. much. NEVER buy anything from them. Ever. .
