1 ★Shocking app. Hardware great BUT the app is absolutely shite. When ever you need to swap Internet providers and you want to reconnect alexa back up. "GOOD LUCK". Shite shite shite. If I'd know how poor this simple task would be then I'd never have bought a Sonos. One unhappy customer... !
3 ★The app is what it is. it controls your audio levels for your sonos but thats really about it. connecting your apple music account is glitchy. You can't just shuffle your music or there will always be an error. and the "my sonos" is not user friendly in the slightest.
2 ★Often can't find speakers, even after reinstalling these speakers. Such a shame. I have had Sonos speakers for years but lately I have experienced A LOT of connection issues with the speakers. Next, digital radio stations cannot be played very often. I was very happy before, but now I would not recommend anymore.
5 ★Fantastic sound system went all in Sound Bar Rear Speakers and the subwoofer. Sonos support has been great very helpful answered all my questions. It's pricey but you pay for what you get. So with that being said go out and buy one and enjoy it.
2 ★Dear Sonos app, How is it even possible that you are so consistently inconsistent? It constantly drops out; I think it's been 3 weeks since the last uninterrupted listening session in our home. Updates and all. I'm kind of...impressed, and disappointed.
5 ★I don't normally give reviews, but felt this app deserved a comment. After purchasing a Sonos One I found this app in order to set it up, but was very surprised to find all the one star reviews and comments on problems people have had using it. After reading them I prefer to make up my own mind rather than just taking on board everyone else labels. That said, I found this app easy to use, it connected to the Sonos One and it was up and running within minutes. No issues found at all with setup.
1 ★Used to work before the S2 Sonos App was released. Now it's hot garbage and the speakers are always disconnected from the app when I want to play music. Using my Google speakers to play music on my Play Bar works about 10% of the time now. Thinking of just going with Bluetooth speakers and be done with it. My wifi works for everything else in my house but my Sonos system is always disconnected....what a PITA!
1 ★Awful. Dropped my Play 1 speakers and now I can't get them back into the app. Reset my router. Didn't work. Unplugged and replugged devices. Didn't work. Forces my Android to use NFC which I hate. I will be selling my Sonos set for a more reliable brand. Update: 6/15/21 bug fix still doesn't work.
1 ★Reliability has improved somewhat, but the (local) media player is extremely underdeveloped. Even the most basic features like sorting and continous playback are missing. No support for 24 bit local files and still continues to crash.
1 ★I cannot believe how expensive these products are when they almost never work. Constant connectivity issues. More frequently does not work at all than anything. Poor integration with Spotify.
4 ★The app simply does not work on Android, even after applying the Apr 20, 2021 update. I'm harsh with one star because at this product's consumer price point, the experience should be much better and certainly more polished.
1 ★Stilled absolutely garage. Wifi is connected but app does not recognize. Cannot use Sonos app. Tried a few times to reset speaker, only able to get Bluetooth working. Not recommend anyone to buy Sonos. It just a nightmare trying to get wifi and bluetooth working. Zero star.
