1 ★I have 170 credits from previous use. It was a 5🌟app. Now its a -🌟 app! I still have the faxes I recived previously in my fax recieved box. However, I paid for the monthly service today. I was expecting a fax that didnt come and then I got a call from the pharmacy. I was on the phone while they tried to fax me again only to hear a message saying they could not fax this number.🤦🏽so I have losty 170 credits that I paid for previously... & the $ just paid! this app makes me not trust any apps4$

1 ★Definitely a scam. Takes money yet I have received no faxes whatsoever. Edit: Huh weird how you will respond to some but not others. Just pointing it out. I am hoping I get my money back, but with this customer service there are no guarantees.

Edit: This is not a decent company based upon the fact that they won't refund a 4 dollar sub (unusable) for a student who is struggling financially. The support for this app seems to be terrible and your lack of customer skills is showing for this particular product. This app is not useful at all. P.S. Out of curiosity why are you only able to send or receive on each app? Wouldn't it be easier if the two were together?
1 ★BEWARE: This app is a may be a scam. I paid for my subs and my credits, but I never received my fax. I want my money back and until then I'm not going to be quite about this. Edit 4: I received a refund for the credits that I could not use, but I am still waiting on a refund for the subscription. I am being told that I cannot receive a refund for the subscription because a failed fax went through on the number.I would understand the circumstances better if I had received a fax successfully.
