Seagate SSD Touch is only compatible with recent Seagate Ultra Touch SSD and One Touch SSD models. The app does not connect to hard drive models with the same names. Older or alternative Seagate, LaCie or third-party drives are not supported with Seagate SSD Touch. Only use a mobile device with a USB-C port.

Please use Seagate One Touch SSD and Seagate Ultra Touch SSD. Other Seagate and LaCie drives work best with Toolkit for PC and Mac.
