1 ★This came free with a car my mom bought. I installed the app on my phone so I could keep track of her whereabouts since she's 84. It worked fine for the 1st two weeks but now reading she's at home when clearly she's not...this for the past 2 weeks. No wonder it's free...Ugh!!!

1 ★Service and app came with car purchase over a month ago. App cannot find my vehicle since it was last seen at dealership the day I purchased car. Now service wants me to provide IMEI... can't get anyone to tell me how to find IMEI, since app doesn't include this information. Two service tickets so far, crickets from support!

1 ★I HATE that I can't control the app zooming with my fingers and leave it where I put it. By the time use the + & - for zooming, the map is blurry or you can't read it. My daughter drives out of town a lot and sometimes I can't figure out where she is because I can't utilize the map the way I need to. When my children need me, I need to be able to find them! Life360 is WAY friendlier to use.

1 ★Terrible do not renew/buy. I recently renewed and the app/tracker does not work. No customer service at all, the phone # and customer service does not exist. I'm out 50 bucks because I didn't research first. BEWARE FRAUD company.
