3 ★The app is usually really good, except after my 7th butterfly my free meal never turns up in the app. I've tried logging out and uninstalling it and then reinstalling it but it doesn't work. I've also reached out to the app email address and tried messaging Itsu on social media but no-one responds.

1 ★Don't bother the machines Don't register your loyalty card or free gifts

1 ★It says I have gifts available, but I can't see what they even are. This app is a complete mess

1 ★This app is unintuitive. Where's the barcode? I have a free miso/drink then what do I do to get it? Pointless

1 ★Terrible... I've never had an easy experience yet, either when using the app or just shopping here. Student discount is never accepted at order points, despite being advertised, and a member of staff always needs to be called over, delaying the ordering process. I've also never received any of the mentioned gifts within the app, despite now having 6 butterflies.

1 ★It doesn't scan the bag I purchased, just an excuse to gather data.

1 ★What's the point of this? No menu. No ordering options, just a data crawler for email addresses. Absolutely rubbish!
