3 ★They only sell few items and they have limited brands to choose from. They should sell all of the things that we see in the Sm department store. I tried to search for flower base, curtains, bed sheets and some kitchen stuffs but couldn't find what I saw in SM mall. Hope you could manage to add more available items to be more convenient to all of your customers.
3 ★Most of the items are out of stock! They should've not post if its not available or should've have an estimated availability of the product. Ordered stuff for my kids and paid with my debit card and got an email confirmation about my order and an invoice that I could keep for returns/refunds. My order has hasn't been shipped yet since I just placed it earlier haha and expecting for a bit delay since its holiday tomorrow but hoping for fast delivery. COD soon please 🙃
1 ★Very poor service and a not user-friendly app. Took 5 days to deliver my order. To think that they confirmed that the item is already packed and is already on transit on the 8th but arrived on the 13th. The funny part is that their warehouse is only in CUBAO and it took 5 DAYS to deliver my order only in ESPAÑA. SOBRANG.LAYO. CUBAO TO ESPAÑA. 5 DAYS. WOW! That's how bad their service is. Pahirapan pa cutomer service nila, hindi nagrereply kung hindi mo imemessage ng imemessage.
1 ★App does not let you check out and order, after i have carefully entered all my contact, shipping and payment information and click ok, it just goes back to the check out screen. Their "contact us" option through email is also not working it wouldnt let me send my question. Overall this application is a piece of garbage.
1 ★Inefficient customer service and logistics. I received incomplete parts for my furniture order and instead of them providing status on the complaint, I need to be the one who has to followup over and over and bear the cost of dropped calls while trying to reach out to them. Grace period for delivery has already more than a week and still I got no progress on my complaint. Feedback on app, it is not user friendly and needs a lot of improvement.
3 ★Please improve order status, better if close to real-time tracking. Also, would have been better if you place Account/Order/Wishlist button on a much more visible area. If I did not accidentally click that area upon log out, I would never know that there's actually a button in there.
1 ★Zero star if possible. Cannot complete a purchase. Palaging bumabalik sa log in page after mag enter ng OTP. Gonna Uninstall this useless app. You're welcome.
1 ★There's alot to improve on this app. I purchase and paid via cc only to find out via email that an item from my purchase was removed when it says that there were a stock upon purchasing and checking out the item. There were no clear instructions as well on my refund process.
5 ★Ordered from ShopSM via credit card payment last May 17 without any problems. Was told that my order would arrive from May 28 to June 5. Was pleasantly surprised to receive my order one week before the delivery date. Will definitely order again. Hope this happens often :D
2 ★I placed an order for a travel luggage last may 23 and payment was confirmed only on the following day it was cancelled due to stock availabilty, better that if item has no available stock, don't confirm the order, now I'm on the 10th day waiting for my payment to be refunded back, such a hassle and bit upsetting why confirming if only be cancelled eventually. It may depend on the bank turn around time for it to be refunded, better yet not confirm the payment beforehand.
3 ★Apps needs improvement..You being the"SM" I hope you could catch up with what lazada and shoppee is doing when it comes to their being buyer friendly APPS...Maybe you can benchmark them..I really hope this app will improve the soonest..because when it come to online product, quality and authenticity I believe you guys are 5 stars....
