Description

WARNING: this app does not and will never display which app drains your battery. If you plan to give bad ratings because of this lack of feature, please go away and DO NOT download!
This app suffers from people that do not read app description.
This is simply IMPOSSIBLE. If you want so, I know many apps that inspect your CPU every second or memory and that really drains your battery, you will easily find such apps, but definitely not mine.

When tracking my battery usage, I was always missing something...

That information was the Battery drain in percent per hour.

I just made this app for my personal use and it's now time to share it.

This app will always sleep and wake up every time your battery drop one percent to save the current battery state and the time. On the next battery drop, I will compute the battery drain.

I plan to work on the User interface and improve it during next weeks/month, feel free to contact me if you have suggestion/ideas.

Keep in mind that this app has to stay simple and minimalist.

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

User's Reivew

5 ★Ive tried other apps. They are good but without this small thing im looking for, means they are useless to me. I suggest for this app to have alarm if discharge rate goes below a level I can set. Ill give 6 stars.
2 ★I tried this app because it seemed to get good reviews. It absolutely gives no details on what is draining your battery the most. Waste of time.
5 ★I've just rewritten my review after rereading a dozen or so others. This much is very clear: with this superb app, either you "get it" or you don't; 5 star/1 star, few in between. Since 80% appear to be 5-star my best advice is, if at first you don't get it, go back and read some of the excellent reviews that explain how the app is useful to them. Trust me, you'll be amazed at what a deceptively powerful tool this is to manage your device's power usage. (Best to read the brief directions first.)
1 ★What good is it to know that your battery is draining, if it won't tell you which apps were running at the time it took each snapshot? Seriously, who finds this app useful?
3 ★Sometimes freezes - no fc but battery % is stalled
3 ★I am using this app for an analysis regarding a GPS battery drain issue that we are facingand it has been of great help. Thank you. Things that are not there and certainly welcome. 1. Graphs are more easy to read compared to the list in Battery drain screen. 2. The list doesn't refresh itself. Everytime you have to go back and come again to refresh. 3. The summary window is not clear. Temporal Partition !! What?? 4. After exporting the data in a csv, I think you should give an option to the user to either see it directly, if possible or share it over an email.
5 ★Just what I need, a big number with %/h at the end, and total app size under 1MB - awesome. Graph of %/h over time (hour) would be nice...but I wonder would it also compromise the *lightness* of it all... :D Also it would be nice to put some info in notification bar instead of widget...just my two cents...
2 ★I was using Samsung s3 and info was correct but now at Note 3, battery usage info is not correct. Please fix it.
5 ★Works well and does what it says. Widget is simple and shows clearly your battery % per hr, you end up playing games to see what you can get :-)
5 ★There is plenty of good in knowing that your battery is draining faster. Having had battery problems in the past, I install apps one by one and check each app introduces no new problems. The method of this app should (hopefully) mean there is minimal battery drain. If you want a list of what apps are draining your battery then install something else, but don't expect those other battery apps to include themselves in the list of high drainers ... which they should, because they are. So if you don't get it and don't ready the description, just walk on by rather than leave an unfair bad review. To the author ... have you thought about notifications if battery drain exceeds a certain threshold, like mine does for no apparent reason every now and then? This could then be picked up by an app such as Llama which could reboot the phone overnight ....
5 ★Does exactly what it says & does it well. I've returned to this app many times over the last couple years to evaluate charger quality & general effects of regular usage on my battery.
5 ★Had a small learning curve but together with Greenify it helped to solve my battery drain
