1 ★the latest Kenwood car stereo and a top of the line Samsung note 9 and the app that promised to make all of my hard earned dollars and brand loyalty a pleasant experience does nothing but aggravate me, looking at the dates from the other reviews tells me this problem has been around for quite a while, can't understand why such a good stereo manufacturer would tarnish their reputation with such inadequate software.
1 ★So I have used this app after buying a Kenwood stereo for my car. Never have I had to download an app for USB to listen to my music but I did and it worked fine no problem at all. Now my issue is I got a new phone the other day I now have a Samsung A50 instead of a Samsung A5 and the stereo and the A50 will not connect USB at all I have tried everything. I have no idea why a USB in a stereo wouldn't connect to basically anything. Disappointed that I now would need a new phone or a new car stereo
1 ★i have a LG V40 ThinQ and i just downloaded this app and it was working fine but then i got a software update on my phone last night (june 11, 2019) the app no longer transfers my music from my phone to my TV exterior I don't know what happened can you please fix this. the kenwood stero model i have is KDC-165U
1 ★Literally does nothing. Phone acknowledged connect of a USB device, but the app just sits there telling me to connect a USB device. The stereo in question is a Kenwood, so their app should work with their own stereo but no. Won't pair via Bluetooth either. Not sure if phone, stereo, or Kenwood software is to blame.
1 ★This app is to be placed at the bottom of the junk bucket list. I'm not sure how to give this app half star rating or less. My phone recognized that I tried to connect to a kenwood device and sent me off to the play store to download this app. That was the start of my frustration with kenwood products. This app will not recognize that my phone is connected.

1 ★Horrible experience, I want to do screen mirroring and it is nowhere to be seen or presented. Why does my Kenwood DDX517BT prompt me to download this thing while advertising screen mirroring but the app does not show anything. This app needs customer support. This is unacceptable and truly disappointing.
1 ★have attempted to us this app for three different phones and none work with the app. most recent being an iphone 6 & now a samsung 10+. initially thought it was the phones.....now i know its just not a user friendly app. probably just junks up the phones operating system or collects data for them.
1 ★Absolutely rubbish, cannot connect my phone either via Bluetooth or cable. Bought a Kenwood stereo purely so I could utilise the Bluetooth for music, spotify, phone calls and phone voice control but a total waste of money on the stereo head unit and installation and data on this app. Would NOT recommend.
1 ★It does not work with my Galaxy S8. I connect the car audio system with my phone but does nothing. Terrible app.
1 ★Absolute garbage. We're talking about a media player that doesn't even know how to media player. When I finally got it going after 10 minutes, I was greeted with a dollar store level quality media player screen. It was the iPod shuffle equivalent but worse. The 5 star reviews are obviously fake. No one in their right mind would give this, at best, anything over 2 stars.
1 ★Biggest load of junk garbage app I've ever used! Much like the junk garbage head unit that prompts you to use this app. If you have a slightly modern android phone you're faaacked, it won't work, you won't be able to listen to your music.
