JVC Smart Music Control(JSMC) is a free standalone music player application that can automatically create a music playlist in a unique way – such as by the “mood” that you are now in. And you can perform operations by either simple gesture control or by voice command.JSMC is also an application that connects and controls compatible JVC car audio receivers via Bluetooth® like a wireless remote control. This application can display a JVC car audio receiver’s source information on the smartphone’s screen, and enables the user to perform operations on the JVC car audio receiver as well.
And more, JSMC have HOME Launcher to launch the navigation app, to call from the contact list, or to launch the app that you registered.
INNOVATIVE GESTURE AND VOICE CONTROL
You can command basic controls such as pause, skip or repeat simply by finger gesture operations on the screen of the smartphone. Also, you can make a search for a specific song, album or an artist from your playlist by voice with the built-in voice recognition function. You can use gesture and voice control in both modes: standalone music player and remote control application.

ADVANCED MUSIC PLAYER
JSMC analyzes all of your songs that are in your Android™ smartphone, and creates a playlist according to your mood. Once the application has completed the analysis of the songs, simply move the “mood ball” to your current mood, and this application will generate a list of songs that most fits your mood.
You can also make sound adjustments with the built-in 5 preset equalizer. You can also create and save 3 of your own EQ settings.
EXPAND THE JVC CAR RECEIVER EXPERIENCE USING WIRELESS COMMUNICATION
JSMC can display a JVC car audio receiver’s source information on the smartphone screen, and control the receiver by simple gesture controls or by voice command. This application uses Bluetooth® to communicate with the JVC car audio receiver.

1 ★I can't figure out how to work the damn app!! I just want to be able to listen to music through my phone on my car's radio but none of these ridiculous apps work. Argh!!!

2 ★App crashes whenever i switch the source on the stereo. Most the time it doesnt connect the remote control functions, but only phone and music. Dislike the disclaimer that has to be clicked on each time i start the app (and due to crashes i have to start thousand times...
1 ★Whole point of this app is a user friendly interface with car stereo. You spend the whole time restarting it. WASTE OF TIME
3 ★Latest version, new floating music home icon crashes app. Would be nice to be able to choose the default music player. Otherwise not bad.
2 ★Crashes a lot. Not sure what max song list it can handle. The random song playback doesn't seem to be very random. It will replay songs 2 or 3 times and never hear others.
4 ★I'm using it with a kw v31bt , LG G3 and controlling it from the receiver touch screen, it works ok but some changes can improve the experience. Improvments : Enlarged the Home button, support geners , allowing to add full albums and songs from any list to playlist, remember the last select in songs, artist , albums... Allowing to turn on the voice control from the receiver Mic button
4 ★I'm using this with a x310 and Nexus 5. Sadly, the only swipe working is the volume control. The layout is awkward - e.g. the equalizer works but is buried in settings. Never understands voice commands. It's kind of a fake app for me. Update:A while back they fixed some things and it's working pretty well controlling my x310. Swipes work also. Phone calls interrupt music then go back to it , as it should. Wish it would stop annoying me with Disclaimer not to use it while driving. Yeah, right.
5 ★Only negative is that the Navigation facility can only be programmed when connected to the web. Should be able to be done via gps

4 ★It works with a galaxy s5. A few glitches it tends to just pause for no reason. After answering a phone call it's iffy if it'll let you go back to music without restarting the app. Lose the stupid mood thing and enlarge the buttons
2 ★I installed this app 6 months ago for my new JVC car stereo and it is terrible. It wont sync with Google Maps while driving so i can hear directions thru car speakers. Hard to control Pandora and it plays in the background all day killing my phones battery. This app needs some improvements.
