5 ★I can't set up my camera it's expired

1 ★Can't get any pictures to come through to my phone it worked great before but nothing nothing now but still Paying for the pictures, couldn't leave well enough alone.

1 ★App is terrible. Pushes from camera happen at random times and never truly sync up. You have to refresh the pictures to see the latest picture everytime you open the app. When you delete a picture the focus of the next picture is not right. I find the app deleting the wrong picture constantly. I have also found that trying to manage my data plan in the app is useless.

1 ★It looses sync every 3 days Update 1/4/21 Getting internal error . Please try after awhile. This is junk been doing this for a month, I can't Get in my account, i reset it and change batteries, delete app and re installed. Still no change

1 ★The camera constantly takes pictures and the batteries died within a week. I started the service on Jan 30th and was charged for an entire month. Dont waste your time or money with this thing.

2 ★Well I like the idea of the camera but . I will be trying a different brand for next year not impressed with this one at all . And the infared light after dark is way overboard the deer on my property take off everytime

2 ★Wish I had gone with a different camera...camera itself works fine but the app is junk..had it working fine for 2 1/2 months and now the app won't open.

1 ★I have had these cameras for a couple months. 5 of them!!!!!!!! I pay 20 dollars a month for unlimited service on each camera. So for 100 dollars a month I get this APP with all kinds of bugs!?!?!?!? Attempting to contact customer service via email, phone or any other method is a JOKE. Now the app has been down for 3 days. Cannot even log into the website to CANCEL my service and throw this junk in the trash. I would HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere if you want quality customer service or app.

1 ★Camera is only as good as the App. Returning the camera because I can't get the app to work. After about six attempts I was finally able to get registered. Now when I attempt to log in, the app times out with a message, "Attempt failed, check your network and and try again sometime". What? I've tried on both Wifi and phone carrier (ATT) for the past two days. Using Samsung S20 Ultra so I'm confident that my network and phone is not the problem. Very disappointed!

1 ★Worked great for the 1st month. Now all I receive when I attempt to open the app is a notification that says "Request failed. Please check network and try again after sometime". Please resolve this issue or I will discontinue the use of your products. Spend good money on these cellular devices and the unlimited monthly price for 2 cameras. I'd rather go out there every couple weeks and get my SD card, at least then I'd still get my pictures.

2 ★I have to reinstall once every month. Seems to have a lot of delays. The pictures I do receive are of really poor quality. Nighttime better than daytime. Attempted to contact customer service through their phone number and got the runaround. The only way I could reach anyone was through email. Again today I can't even access my pictures.

1 ★I would save my money and get a Tactacam Reveal. The app and camera work ok sometimes. I've had the camera for about 2 months and now the app won't open. I went to my camera and the indicator lights say that my account isn't active. I couldn't login to the website from my phone because the "login" button wouldn't work. Finally logged in on my computer when I got home and it said that the last payment was made in October 25 and that the next one is due on November 25 (4 days from now).
