Around an audio Bible verse of the day, our daily guided meditative audio experience brings calm to believers.Each day, you will receive a daily meditation about 5 minutes long. These daily meditations in the app are free and clean of ads.

I love this app because the guided meditations are on average 5minutes, calming, easy to follow, and I feel safe and healing after completing them. The daily meditations are free and are based on the love of God and scripture. This app is super bless and I sincerely recommend it to anyone looking for calm and healing to mind, soul, spirit. 5 ★Amazing Christian mediation app. The free features are great but the year membership is affordable and well worth it. Love listening before bed. These meditations are a great way to center yourself and get refocused on what's most important.
5 ★Love the way these meditations help ground me. I only wish they would keep the music playing when the meditation is over so I could stay in the moment as long as I need to. Otherwise it's perfect. Just enough talking/guiding and reminds me to breathe.

Sometimes they even match the reading I've been on that day. I've shared it with my husband, who says he "melts" every time. I love that it offers a free meditation daily, with the option to join. That aspect makes me want to. The creators of the app seem to want to help others, which makes me want to give support. A big thank you goes out to them!
4 ★I really like the Christian meditations and mindfulness prompts of each day's entries, however the background synthesizer is too loud and distracting to the spoken word. I hope this can be adjusted. Thank you for a wonderful way to calm my brain each morning and give focus to my day.
