3 ★Doesn't always update to latest magazine especially bad on mcn, often 3 weeks behind. Doesn't always download even when mag is shown as out. Very frustrating. Cancelling because of this. Samsung tab 4

1 ★Stopped working on my pixel 3 about 2 weeks ago. Just hangs on a white screen. Unless fixed soon will have to cancel a pointless subscription
5 ★Excellent service all the best bike mags at a snip not to mention MCN. What more could you want if you want to keep up with life on 2 wheels.
1 ★Pretty rubbish. The app doesn't function well. Only managed one download in 24hrs. App only runs when using mobile data. No option to switch to internet connection. No option to retrieve forgotten password on log in. No response from bauer media yet. Also you don't get the magazine cover giveaways and no option to even buy them. Finally bauer media have axed planet rock magazine halfway through my subscription with no consultation. Nothing to stop them doing the same with this. Bauer you suck!
4 ★This subscription is going up to £90 from £59 so I am cancelling unless there's a deal to be had.
4 ★Great value for all six mags and convenient to read on the go with back issues available. The issue is that the mobile reading feature only works on the new issues, so you have to pinch to zoom in for the back issues. Still great for the money though and to have on the go.
1 ★The app was originally working ok, but suddenly it wouldn't load to anything but a blank screen. Cleared cache and data, lost all the magazines I'd downloaded, and now seem to have lost the ability to apply my voucher code to get them back. Will not be renewing my subscription!
2 ★Once the magazines have downloaded the app interface is ok. Unfortunately it is very difficult to download the magazines. Every time a magazine is selected the download starts ok then stops, after a reboot it downloads more then stops, on average 3 reboots are required to download a magazine which it makes it very frustrating, I like the magazines but am unlikely to continue the subscription.
1 ★This app doesn't work on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 with up to date Android OS. Unable to download a single issue of any of the magazines. MCN got to 15% downloaded and Ride got to 2% downloaded before grinding to s halt. No luck at all with any of the other mags. I've tried wi-fi, mobile data, rebooting my phone several times but nothing has got me past 14% downloaded. I shall be cancelling my subscription. Very disappointing user experience. I will have to stick with my print sub for Ride
1 ★After the latest update the option to add a voucher code has gone missing so I can no longer use my paid for subscription after having had to reinstall the app. Very poor. If not fixed very fast will have to request a refund.
4 ★Some formatting not great but overall good for digital consumption of content Edit - current issue of BIKE magazine the editing is really poor. Im assuming the print mag isnt released like this so whatever way it is prepped for digital leaves a lot to be desired. The main issue missed spaces between words but for whatever reason it is way worse with this mag. Also, I have already rated the app so why does itkeep prompting me to rate it again?!
