¿Cómo lo consigo?
¡Pues muy fácil! Solo tienes que descargarte nuestra app gratuita, disponible tanto para Android como para Ios, registrarte e introducir tus requerimentos nutricionales.
Una vez hecho, Nutrabow te mostrará la cantidad de kilocalorías y macronutrientes diarios que necesitarás aportarle a tu organismo para cumplir tus objetivos nutricionales.
También podrás hacer un seguimiento y cálculo de tu alimentación siguiendo un calendario. Ahí podrás añadir cualquier alimento del que desees obtener toda la
información nutricional que necesites.
Y para ponértelo aún más fácil: en la app de Nutrabow también pencontrarás más de 100 vídeo-recetas que te ayudarán a sustituir los alimentos insanos (como los ultraprocesados) por alimentos reales y saludables. Además, también tendrás la
posibilidad de añadir tus propias elaboraciones a tu perfil; y, por supuesto, cada receta está identificada según el tipo de dieta y cuenta con toda la información necesaria sobre alérgenos e intolerancias.
