Description
BeAware Bahrain app is the official contact tracing app for The Kingdom of Bahrain. Together Against COVID-19:In accordance with instructions from Crown Prince to utilize technology to help limit the spread of COVID-19 and in line with Minister of Health instructions to enforce the installation and usage of BeAware Bahrain mobile app for cases under home isolation, as per Public Health Laws in Bahrain, that gives the authority to the minister of health to the take necessary actions to limit the spread of such pandemics. Additionally, voluntary contact tracing capabilities are provided to registered app users. Location tracking will not be active for non-registered users.
As citizens and residents, we have both a community and individual responsibility to safeguard the safety and well-being of all.
BeAware has additional features related to view the users’ official cards, health cards and health appointments as well as MonkeyPox Recovery Certificate,MonkeyPox Isolation certificate
This application provides a number of services in collaboration with the following entities:
• Ministry of Health
• The National Taskforce for Combating the Coronavirus COVID-19
• The Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA)
• The General Directorate of Traffic (GDT)
In support of all communities within the Kingdom of Bahrain & to leave no one behind, the app is available in two languages (Arabic, English)

5 ★What an amazing effort. God bless Bahrain and the King. I called 444, they answered and the follow up call was done almost immediately and they booked an appointment for my daughter and when we went to the exhibition center it was well organized and quick service although they are serving a huge amount of people but honestly the best service. The app is the best, we have registered for the fascination and following up on it. Also, it's allowing us to check for any requirements.It's a genius idea
5 ★I apologize for the misunderstanding, it was my mistake with wrong credentials. And it works perfectly. a little suggestion : Ive registered through the web portal. The registration was successful. But I did't get any confirmation message and I was unable to verify this through this App. I had to hopefully wait for one month to get notified (depending on vaccine type) ///its not accepting my vaccination registration, it says information I entered doesn't match with the registration ///
1 ★the app asked me to send a photo of myself with my surroundings to prove I'm self isolating yet I can't send any photos. ive clicked the notification for the photo request twice yet it has worked neither of the times. I've tried closing and opening the app and it still hasnt worked.
2 ★Be aware before i am use other one mobile number but still don't have same that number how to change new number that option don't have this app
4 ★Very Good app but in our case we took vaccines from two different places.I reported this issue through mail as well as customer care. At airport also they took whole information about our vaccines and told that they will update on beAware app. Till now no updates I can see. I am getting messages for second dose which I already took in different country..what to be done in this case..
1 ★The photo upload feature does not work properly, I don't get any notification for photo upload and then suddenly it shows photo upload was missed. Already complained 2 times on 444, still no solution and no body contacted.
1 ★Sent an email over a month ago and even i sent another email as a reminder but no response. I'm vaccinated since a long time but it doesn't show because im registered on my passport number and it can't be changed. I wasn't allowed to be indoors because my vaccination certificate does not include my "picture." Im so disappointed with the customer service !
1 ★Bad app low preformence stuck many time updated not on timeing should again make new app am in self isolation and still app not working for counter days ibtry to make report and remove and insall but same bad app
3 ★Everytime a message was sent for my first dose, I tried to call 444, to tell them I was in quarantine and won't be able but they never answered. And now I finished the quarantine but not getting appointment message. I hope we were able to select appointment date and time that would be far better in the app.
2 ★I've been calling 444 more than 15 times from every phone I have!!! And you guys are just not answering it!!! Please answer it as I have to make an appointment!!! Also this app doesn't open on lower versions of mobile, please fix that issue.
5 ★This app works excellently in giving Covid-19 news and updates, as well as tracking the user's possible exposure to the virus. With this, there is no need for restaurants to take CPR numbers if diners keep this app's location tracking active while in their premises. There are so many opportunities for scammers to exploit access to customers' data.
2 ★Registration for booster is still not available on the latest Android update ( it is for apple ). Yes it is updated to the latest version and there is NO option for booster registration.
