„Momente für mich“ ist eine kostenlose App der Österreichischen Gesundheitskasse (ÖGK). Als Ergänzung zur kostenlosen Fibel und zum Tagebuch unterstützt auch die App die Menschen psychisch gesund zu bleiben. Es geht darum den Blick auf das Positive im Leben zu richten, zu schauen wie es um seinen eigenen Akku-Ladestand steht. Manchmal fällt es schwer, etwas Gutes wahrzunehmen. Das Tagebuch soll dabei unterstützen, mit einfachen Kategorien den Tag Revue passieren zu lassen, die besonderen Momente einzutragen und wenn gewünscht, auch mit einem Foto festzuhalten. Eine ganz persönliche Statistik gibt übersichtlich Aufschluss darüber, wie die vergangenen Wochen gelaufen sind, was die Highlights waren und wie sich der User nach seiner eigenen Einschätzung gefühlt hat.
