تطبيق طلاقة الكلام هو تطبيق علاجي يقوم على تقييم وتشخيص حالات التلعثم ومن ثم علاجها ومتابعتها خلال 24 جلسة تدريبية عن بعد دون الحاجة للحضور تمتد إلى عام كامل. ويقوم على متابعة هذا التشخيص والعلاج في كل جلساته فريق من المختصين المحترفين في مجال التلعثم.ويشمل التقييم والتشخيص على الاختبارات التالية:
(1) قياس شدة المشكلة وحدتها،
(2) قياس معرفة مدى الرضا عن طلاقة الكلام،
(3) قياس القدرة على التواصل في المواقف اليومية،
(4) قياس ردة الفعل بالنسبة للمصاب،
(5) قياس جودة الحياة. ويتبع ذلك إرسال التقارير الطبية للحالة.
يتكون البرنامج العلاجي من جانبين. الجانب المعرفي ويهدف إلى زيادة الوعي بالمشكلة وتقليل الاثار السلبية المترتبة عليها مثل الخوف والقلق. والجانب السلوكي ويهدف إلى زيادة قدرة المصاب على الكلام بطلاقة.
