Description
Create, edit and copy workouts easily. Cloning, moving and editing workout items takes seconds, allowing you to spend more time working out. Switch apps to a game or show - notifications will be sent when workout items are completed when the app is running in the background. The workout timer has large progress indicators and text for great readability when you phone is a couple feet away. Preview workout items to come in a scrolling list below it.
This app has a single in-app-purchase for the full version. The full version unlocks limitations on how many workouts you can save, and the statistics/logging package.
The statistics database records entries based on keywords you choose. Every time a workout items name matches a keyword, a statistic is recorded automatically. You can view overall stats and a breakdown over time. A powerful graphing activity allows you to manipulate the plot, changing your breakdowns time range, scale, and information.

Questions & Answers
Q: What is an APK File?
A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.
