فإن الله عز وجل أمر عباده بالتوبة والاستغفار في آيات كثيرة من كتابه الكريم، وسمى ووصف نفسه بالغفّار والغفور وغافر الذنب، وأثنى على المستغفرين، ووعدهم بجزيل الثواب، فالله عز وجل يرضي عن المستغفر الصادق؛ لأنه يعترف بذنبه ويتذلل بين يدي ربه وخالقه، فالاستغفار هو الدواء الناجع والعلاج الناجح من الذنوب والخطايا، فيا من مزقه القلق وأضناه الهم وعذبه الحزن عليك بالاستغفار؛ فإنه يقشع سحب الهموم ويزيل غيوم الغموم، وهو البلسم الشافي والدواء الكافي وفي الأثر "ما ألهم الله عبداً الاستغفار وهو يريد أن يعذبه".
فإليك أخي الكريم هذه الرسالة في الاستغفار لعلها تكن خطوة على الطريق جعلنا الله وإياك من الذين إذا أحسنوا استبشروا، وإذا أساءوا استغفروا والحمد لله رب العالمين.
