「Dr. H姿態記錄與標記」包含3個功能與意見回饋。1. 相機功能：讓使用者在紀錄姿態的同時可以透過角度提醒功能來調整手機的拍攝角度，使紀錄下的姿態更加準確。
2. 姿態標記功能：此功能可以播放使用者紀錄的影片，並提供了播放速度的選項，讓使用者可以更清楚每的姿態的細節；
標記的功能不僅提供角度的圖示，也提供直線與圓的圖示，可以標記出各關節的活動角度、站立時肩腰臀是否為一直線、操作健身機台時是否有單邊肩膀聳肩的狀況…等。
另外，衣服或背景物體的顏色與圖示的顏色相衝突時，本APP也提供更改線條與文字顏色的選項，使標記圖示可以更清楚的呈現，最後，可將影片當下的畫面與標記圖示一起儲存成圖檔影像，以便未來瀏覽。
3. 圖片瀏覽功能：為了讓使用者可以更加了解自己的進步狀況，所以標記後的影像圖檔皆能於此功能瀏覽，透過姿態的紀錄圖檔，使用者能夠了解自身的姿態是否有改善，或是運動時的姿態是否有進步。
