Handbook for Melee is aimed at beginning players of Super Smash Bros. Melee, but provides detailed info on techniques that are difficult to perform and have barely been discussed of, such as V-canceling and Platform warping so even high-level Super Smash Bros. 2 ★There isn't complete data on any character past Dr. Mario on the tier list, and I know that the creator has addressed this and how it can't happen, but that doesn't keep it from being a problem. Especially for someone like me who likes playing low tiers.
5 ★Next to the melee library, its a huge help in learning the metagame of melee. A great tool for beginners and those who want to learn more about their mains
4 ★Thank you for making an app that i can study and practice for competitive melee. One thing that could be added to make it better would be to have the hitboxes for lower teirs.
5 ★Very good app. It takes a while to get the hang of and I'm not positive ofit's accessibility for beginners but the compilation of must-reads and thein-depth details about this game that it offers gives amazing insight intowhat this game is about.
4 ★Ok, I love this application for many reasons, but It just feels a little incomplete. Here are my criticisms 1. Boot - Add a home screen, being thrown into the advanced techniques tab was very confusing the first few times I booted the app. 2. Theme - The theme is nice and simple, but more can be done with it, make the theme say, "Hey I'm smash!" 3. Terminology - This page has so much ripe information, but accessing this information can be teadious, adding a letter search would make this so much easier. 4. This is just a gripe but it threw me off. I went into the "Characters" tab looking for their individual unique skills, but to find that it has it's own tab. 5. Frame Data - I believe more frame Data should be in this app, the tiny amount of data in this app compared to the other one that features frame Data is tiny. Overall I really love how convenient this is, it really makes doing Melee research very simple. And the complaints I had are very minor. Thank you for making such an amazing app.
5 ★This Is Amazing. This is helping me so much. All I could really think of that I don't like is that I can't save the .gifs you see in most sections. But that really dosen't affect me at all. (And I love that 20XX reference when you put fox and fox in the mu's section.)
5 ★What a great go-to app. Is it possible to remove ads still? I bought that about 4 years ago, I'd love the option to restore in app purchases.
5 ★The guides and posts might be a little old but I think they're mostly still relevant and important. A great databank for beginners and intermediate level players.
