잘 이용하셔서 순산하시기 바랍니다.
[사용방법]
1.앱구동후 진통이 시작되면 Start버튼을 누른다.(가운데 '진통중' 표시함)
2.진통이 멈추면 Stop버튼을 누른다.(가운데 '휴식중' 표시함)
3.위에 사항을 반복적으로 하면 앱 중간에 진통주기의 평균값이 측정됩니다.
4.다시 측정할려면 Reset버튼을 누르면 됩니다.
5.하단의 화면을 우로 스크롤하면 측정기록, 측정정보, 지난기록, 병원에 가야 할 신호 메뉴를 볼 수 있습니다.
6.측정기록
- 진통주기를 기록하는 항목으로 진통, 휴식, 주기로 구분됩니다.
- 진통: 진통한 시간을 기록함
- 휴식: 진통을 안하는 시간을 기록함
- 주기: 진통 + 휴식 시간을 합한 기록임( 진통 주기 시간임)
7.측정정보
- 현재 측정 중인 진통, 휴식, 주기의 횟수 및 평균 시간을 보여주는 화면입니다.
8.지난기록
- 이전에 측정한 기록을 확인하는 메뉴입니다.
- 그리드에서 버튼을 누르면 이전기록을 확인할 수 있습니다.
- 분홍:평균주기 0 ~ 10분, 하늘색:평균주기 10분 ~ 20분, 연두색:평균주기 20분이상
9.병원 가야 할 신호
- 진통관련 정보 화면입니다.
