Digihos atau digital hospitality adalah aplikasi yang digunakan untuk TENANT atau PENGHUNI apartemen yang telah bekerja sama dengan PT Telkom.Dengan aplikasi Digihos, dapat mempermudah interaksi antara user dan BM dalam melakukan aktivitas keseharian di suatu Apartemen, tidak hanya Billing dan Merchant, tetapi segala aktivitas pendukung di Apartemen. Dengan tagline "make it better life with diGihos" membuat digital experience untuk pelanggan-pelanggan Apartemen saat ini.
Menu yang bisa diakses sebagai berikut:
Home (profiling tenant): halaman utama pada aplikasi, user dapat melihat informasi seperti,informasi penyewa bangunan, tagihan bulanan yang harus di bayar dan informasi gangguan.
Information System: user dapat mengetahui secara real time anywhere and anytime informasi-informasi apa saja yang sedang diberlakukan untuk suatu apartemen, misal: Berita, Event dan Promo Unit Apartemen.
Merchant System: user dapat melihat fasilitas/toko apa saja yang tersedia pada gedung komersial di Apartemen, promo-promo khusus yang berlaku pada periode-periode tertentu
Billing: user dapat melihat riwayat tagihan baik yang sudah dibayar maupun belum di bayar serta komponen billing yang dibayarkan
Trouble Ticket: user dapat melaporkan gangguan pada halaman ini, baik gangguan operational, billing atau lain lain.
History Ticket: User dapat melihat progress lapor gangguan yang telah di submit beserta foto eviden dr progress yg sudah dikerjakan anywhewe anytime.
