1 ★You may not be able to order seasonal items through the menu. I just received a notification for $2 off a seasonal item that they no longer offer. There is no indication how rewards even work. This app is just going to take up space on your device.

1 ★Requires an internet connection to redeem coupons. Just a way for them to con you into thinking you're getting a good deal. Two of the locations we go to don't have cell signal and no wifi is offered so you can't use the coupons. And now they have to audacity to ask for a tip when the cashiers won't honor the $10 coupon.

2 ★This app is good for placing orders in advance. You don't get many special offers based on your visits, other than the initial sign up offer. I get many more offers by signing up for the email list than by logging visits through the app.

3 ★Please work on allowing gift cards to be used while ordering online. I'd definitely give another star if you could.

5 ★Allows you to fully customize every menu item (hold the chipotle white sauce, add sliced avocado, etc). And once you customize your order, you can save it and give it a name for easy ordering next time. My orders are always ready in 10-15 min from hitting the checkout button.

5 ★Fast, easy and reliable. I only get 45 minutes for my lunch and with this app I'm able to order my lunch well in advance and not waste time standing in line. I'm also able to use all my offers and coupons. It's great!

3 ★Customization allows you to take off items, but is limited in what it will allow you to substitute. For example: chicken burrito especial. I can take the black beans out, but there is no option to substitute pinto beans.

1 ★I can't sign up. I fill out everything yet the Sign up button is grayed out.

1 ★I love Rubios, but this ad is useless for discounts. I keep getting ads for food discounts. It tells me to go to the app, but the coupons aren't there. I rarely pre-order, so this app is a waste.

3 ★Downloaded app. Seems straightforward. I prefer to order in store. Probably won't use it until the rewards part of the app is added. There's no place to enter info from a receipt. That should be added when the rewards part of the app is available.

2 ★It gets annoying that I have to keep retyping the same credit card due to a invalid billing account bug that keeps happening. For some reason, the app does not want to save your card for future use. So you'll end up retyping every time you make an order

2 ★The customization options are severely lacking. No a la carte on kids items, no option for extra chipotle sauce, no write-in comments...
