A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★One of the best, or THE BEST download manager. I use FDM on both my Windows PC and Ubuntu installation as well. So finding FDM on Android was a happy surprise! Works very well in Android as well, set it to capture downloads from your browser (I use Kiwi Browser, it has settings to delegate downloads to a download manager such as FDM). Files are downloaded in parts I suppose so much faster than doing the same from the browser. Another plus is it can auto-rename or overwrite files downloaded.
5 ★One of the best and free download manager..
1 ★No, according to me, ADM is better than FDM. There are lot of issues while downloading file from Google Drive. First, it does not shows the total download size. Second, my link got expired, so I tried to change old link with new download link but then it showed HTTP 404 error/Resume not available error. It is not like desktop version. Plus, it's web browser does not support all the websites and web browser does not have option to add more tabs.
4 ★FDM is my daily driver for PC and I was elated to find its android counterpart, which brings all the goodness of the pc client! I just have 3 points though: 1) The interface could use some attention, it looks dated; 2) Notification doesn't show anything other than a progress bar, it should display infos like the file size, percentage, speed etc and lastly; 3) Give us some kind of control over the browser for privacy reason, can't clear cache cookies or anything and things stay opened. Thank you.
4 ★Really good interface and actually does download most things quicker than other DL managers on Android. However I would rate it 5 stars if it had a couple of minor things: 1. Ability to make folders for the tabs in browser 2. If the browser had more of a more modern aesthetic. Good overall and worth the download
4 ★I don't have any complaints except no file manager is supported when you try to just open the folder if your download. That is annoying but I'm shocked at how well it performs, how quickly downloads have been happening compared to my standard which was 1dm+ or flud pro, for torrents and it just is so surprising to see that this app isn't a cheap mess of ads or non functional garbage app like you'd expect. It's legitimately a fantastic app for downloading torrents etc. Add file manager support!
3 ★Guys FDM is amazing, been using it for years, especially on windows, however, I rate 3 stars because of the lack on info on errors, I spend hours looking for info and almost never get any solutions. I average on 10kb/s on a good day so having to restart a 10gb download because it won't budge is like having my feet tickled while being waterboarded by my ex's new boyfriend. P.s no it's not a seeder issue with torrents or expired links. Sometimes torrents just stop downloading for no reason.
5 ★Simply the best free download manager in the play store, also its extermely powerful and packed with really cool features. Only suggestion I can think of... is the ability to make the app draw over other apps like showing a download pop up when i download something from the browser with quick info without being transfered to the app just to click on download.
4 ★I came to rate fdm because of the awesome remote access feature recently introduced. It's too slow right now and scanner kept on focusing on my phone. It's probably a hardware issue. Some bugs exist. Remote access is still in beta though. Will add another star when they perfect synchronisation and resumeability and add features like resource grepper, resource preview and scheduler.
4 ★All round fantastic app. Just needs some UI twitches - starting with getting rid of the black notification bar. Color dynamics is a thing in 2023. But then... Wonderful app.
4 ★Finally our favourite fdm now in Android too. It's a good effort put into this project. In PC this is the go-to downloader for me, so it's nice to see it introduced in Android. Browser can be improved with folder support in bookmarks and incognito feature. Also I find the feature to export my settings and preferences lacking in this.
5 ★Needs to be associated with the browser from within the browser first - go to browser settings and choose option " download with an external downloader " ! After that - it does the job perfectly ! Well done ! Thanks a lot 🍸
