3 ★I purchased the secure360 doorbell in belief I would be able to see the video from my Amazon echo I was disappointed that it will only connect to make a doorbell sound and tell me someone is at my door. Why this can't connect to the video stream seems amateur. * Now with today's firmware update it doesn't detect the SD card that is been using for over 2 mths. I did all the troubleshooting possible. I literally cancelled the update initially to watch my recordings right b4 and good thing.

5 ★Very intuitive and easy to use. This app has a cool multi camera view finction that I've never seen in a mobile app for IoT. This allows you to see all of your cameras in one view!

5 ★After the new app and firmware update this doorbell is awsome. This is the best it's ever been👍👍👍 it looks like ALL the previous issues have been resolved. Everything is working as it should. The app feels far more responsive too. Great job guys.

3 ★Great product! It works great in the native app flawlessly. However, I'm having problems connecting it to the Google home ecosystem.

1 ★Tried NUMEROUS times to register by sending verification email in order to receive confirmation code and the email NEVER comes through. I've tried 3 different email addresses, checked ALL mailed boxes, files, folders and spam........NOTHING.!!!! I CANNOT get past the first screen.

3 ★Works good the only issue I found out that I wish I knew before buying the camera systems is that you have to pay for cloud storage per cameras not per account I have 3 and if I want the cloud storage I have to pay $50 per year per camera. I could of gotten a better system with one time pay per year per account for less

3 ★I've had issues with it not taking the pics in time and notifying me that I have motion in my driveway. Vehicles getting broken into, and I am not getting a clear enough pic.

4 ★had to unplug power and plug back in and it connected to my wifi easy ! could use a few more features but it does all that it says it will do and without using a monthly service !

2 ★Does not work well with Xfinity, because Xfinity is pushing to keep 2.4G and 5 G as one name / password, and this unit requires them to be separate. I don't want to slow my internet speed to watch my back door. Please update SW to work with 5G.

2 ★SD card does not work, I can not record or playback on it. Why have it if it's not working....plus my mechanical chime does not work. Come on guys do better.
