وهذا الإحسان الذي غمرك الله به، وزاد عليه أعظم إحسان وأجزل نعمة بأن هداك إلى دينه وأخرجك من ظلمات الشرك إلى نور الإيمان؛ جدير بك أن تجتهد في شكره، فإنما جزاء النعمة شكرها.
ومن معاني شكرها أن تُحسِن إلى غيرك كما أحسن الله إليك، فإنه سبحانه مُحسِنٌ يُحِبُّ المحسنين، ويجزي على الإحسان إحسانًا.. قال تعالى: {هَلْ جَزَاءُ الْإِحْسَانِ إِلَّا الْإِحْسَانُ}.
وقال سبحانه: {وَاللَّهُ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ}.
وقال سبحانه: {لِلَّذِينَ أَحْسَنُوا الْحُسْنَى وَزِيَادَةٌ}.
