1 ★Poor customer service. They take advance payment for whole subscription period. Once payment is done it is your job to follow up with them for the delivery. Many times they miss the delivery sometimes they even gave expired milk. No one in Customer Care helps. They take too long to reply to emails just to give answer like someone from our delivery team will contact you (no one does). If you will call then you will listen to long advertisement of how they prepare milk, eventually you will give up

1 ★Worst Customer Service. No Reply from Mail. I had ordered trial pack of milk. But milk dint delivered to me. But it's showing Delivered. I don't know where it delivered and they deducted the amount also. I called the customer service but it's not reachable. Nor the customer service replies in mail. I don't think this is going to be any better service.
