USER QUOTE
"Discovered this marvellous app by pure accident, but I’m so grateful that I did. It came in the right time into my life. After reading a serious of books on topics of psychology, NLP, self-help and using many meditation and life-changing apps, this one stands among my favourites. It feels very personal, non judgemental. It’s easy and intuitive to use, but not childish and it combines great mindfulness, meditation techniques, as well as psychological challenges."

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★So awesome for those who want to dive a bit deeper into understanding themselves and gaining a sense of community and understanding. I recommend to my friends often and have so much respect for the creator as I've been following her journey for at least 5 years now. This is a great self developmental tool.
4 ★I haven't used it much. But so far it has introduced me to tools which help me gain different views on relationships and life in areas where I had felt stuck in seeing them the same way due, in part at least, to few frameworks and lenses.
5 ★This app is an extraordinary use of the internet, and the ability to connect with the world. Rachel Brathen and her team are wonderful and have something pretty amazing on their hands right now... and they are offering it for free. I am grateful. Highly recommend
3 ★Its ok. Im naturally very self aware and psychology minded though.. so for me its like a chef watching a video about boiling eggs. It would be obvious and boring but if your not self aware and you would like to know yourself better then this would be great for you. Its almost like an extension on journal prompt questions with short videos attached to them
4 ★I just finished my first exercise in the anxiety field. It's a decent reminder in taking baby steps. And just skimming thru this app quickly, I liked enough to not uninstall it. I also have written that exercise out for my street mom to try for her anxiety, thanks! And I'm already on my way to starting another exercise in a different field other than anxiety! F. Y. I. This is the first time I've ever given feedback, especially in the play store, so, I dig this app already...
5 ★I'm new to the app but think it's positive and that overtime the app will help me grow. I've taken therapy before and feel like this is a positive compliment or alternative to therapy and counseling. I'm going to mark my calendar so that I can complete an exercise either once or every other week.
5 ★I literally just finished my first exercise in this app and I am blown away by how well it is put together and how helpful it truly is! I actually got emotional (in a good way) and felt so much better about myself after participating in the very beginning stages of what I KNOW is going to be a very powerful and inspiring journey for me! Thanks so much to everyone that had anything to do with the making of this wonderful app!
5 ★different.... but nice. only used it one day so far but it was created by professionals (not that that always means anything... just depends on the professional..) seems to be worth the time to check out - it's free so not much to lose if not for you
5 ★It's clear that a lot of thought and planning was put into this app in order to make it so stunning and intuitive to use. I have only just begun to tap into it, but even the first exercise has surprised me in an amazing way. I can't wait to explore it more! Thank you for creating this free, beautiful, and user friendly app!
5 ★First reaction: can it be so simple? Does it work? After doing the first exercise (both meditation and the note taking) I was astonished to find myself de-stressed. That I hadn't seen what was stressful and my acceptance of it as being "normal". I look forward to more discovery. Thanks!
5 ★Relaxing, mental health is so important and yet it can be hard finding the time or method. At the very least this platform could be the reminder/space our innerself needs to be heard.
5 ★The exercises are extremely clear and concise and actually help you with whatever you're seeking the answer for. I'm yet to try out the group interaction feature but I'll be sure to drop a review for that as well :)
