Download RYOBI™ Phone Works APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

1 ★This doesn't work at all. can't read moisture levels or identify between hardwood or softwood. App keeps crashing. Battery indicator always shows that the batter is nearly dead even though I've used several fresh new batteries. So disappointed! would give negative stars if I could. I only hope Ryobi fixes this and makes it right.
1 ★Told on phone the app was being updated to fix problems and it would be updated in 3 weeks. that was 4 weeks ago. Regular feedback would help but so far the response by Ryobi has been dismal. The help line person told me they have the devices in their training center. indicated they weren't working there either. I'm using a Galaxy S6.
1 ★As others have said, the app is pretty much unusable. It will recognise my device - the cross laser level but only for a few seconds until it crashes. You can't use any of the features as it locks up and whatever you press doesn't work. It produces a horrible screeching noise from the phones speakers which takes ages to stop as the app also locks your entire phone up. This really needs sorting out as the entire range designed to work with this app is pretty much useless as it stands.
1 ★To troubleshoot head phone jack tools, don't plug in the device until the app asks you to. That being said, the app crashes/locks up after taking a few readings (ir thermometer). Not to mention, the few readings I was able to get took way to long to acquire. 20 seconds of holding the device still to get a reading is not acceptable.
1 ★I use this app with the laser distance measure. Impossible to register. I can measure distances but the photos the app captures are not saved in the project and nowhere to be found. There is so much latency between the moment you tap on something and the moment it reacts that you never know if anything is happening at all. And it often crash! Also, it would be nice to have the measurements available in cm or mm since its precision is 1.6 mm!
2 ★I have had the tool for over a year. I keep thinking I can get it to work, but every time is frustration and failure. Either it won't wake up and see the camera, or it will but then it dies. Good idea, crappy, near useless implementation! Always trusted Ryobi tools. This one dies due to the software. Sucks!
1 ★Does not work! Moisture meter and laser pointer. 2 thumbs down! Neither device worked after they were identified by the app and i read the instructions and nothing. even successfully signed up for an account still not working. should have known better than to buy them second hand.
1 ★Installed Ryobi app to use with camera, attempted to operate camera, does not function after continuous attempts. Removed and reinstalled App several time. Contacted Ryrobi Support, walked thru setup and functions with no success. Support Techn suggested return to store as defective. Note, when attempting to take photo does not respond. When attempting video, push video button, goes back to menu everytime. Sorry, but this camera fails to function.
1 ★Doesn't work at all with the thermometer, very disappointing
1 ★Installed to use with a legacy Ryobi Inspection Scope. The scope connected but the app was unable to access the camera on the scope, so it could not be used. Used the in-app help/troubleshooting feature, which opened and then immediately closed a blank screen. Consulted online documentation and every page related to the inspection scope aside from the main product page 404'ed. The list of compatible devices ends at iPhone 6+ and Galaxy S6. The app does not appear to be maintained at all.
1 ★Terrible app. Terrible product. I have all Ryobi tools and this is the only one that has any issues. - Measurements don't work. It says it can't measure. - App responsiveness is terrible. You tap on something and nothing happens for 10 seconds. - Has made me have to reset my phone three times. Total junk.
1 ★I purchased the laser level and I really regret my purchase. Unfortunately I waited too long to try it out, so I couldn't take it back. The app just freezes up, then it will close eventually. The laser itself won't connect to my phone half the time. When I finally tried it for the last time, it tells me the battery is dead, which is not the case because the battery tested at almost 100%. The battery for the laser is the only thing that works! I will never purchase Ryobi again.
