The SFST Report app was designed to let Law Enforcement Officers save time and efficiently take notes during field sobriety tests.Disclaimer: The SFST Report app is not affiliated with or approved by any government agency. It is a tool designed to assist law enforcement officers in DUI incident reporting and field sobriety testing procedures.
LEOs can easily use this app to take SFST related notes, generate a report, email it to themselves and erase the data from the app.

The SFST Report app can be downloaded for free on the app store. To unlock all the tests, a Pro upgrade is required. Officers can decide to subscribe to the app memberships or pay a one time fee.
We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans:
The monthly membership subscription is US$1.99/month after a 1 week free trial period.
The yearly membership subscription is US$16.99/month after a 2 weeks free trial period.
The one time payment is SU$23.99.

The price of the subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
