Bahan* 1/2 kotak tahu putih
* 2 butir telur ayam
* 30 gr tauge
* 1/8 potong Kol
* 1 bungkus kecil Sambal pecel merk Bagindo (uk 3x4 cm)
* 3-4 sdm air panas untuk melarutkan bumbu pecel
* 1/2 buah Jeruk nipis
* 20-30 ml Minyak untuk menggoreng
* secukupnya Kecap asin, garam, merica
Cara Membuat
* Pecahkan telur dan campurkan garam, kecap asin dan merica. Lalu kocok
* cincang kasar tahu lalu masukkan ke dalam telur yang sudah dikocok tadi
* tuang minyak hingga menutupi permukaan wajan sekitar 1-2 cm, lalu tuang adonan tahu telur tadi.
* Biarkan agak lama dengan api kecil agar tidak gosong, lalu bila permukaan sudah agak keras balikan telur perlahan (saya gagal lalu saya potong 2 agar mudah dibalikkan)
* Angkat dan tempatkan di atas piring.
* Cuci bersih kol dan tauge lalu rebus sekitar 3 menit, lalu angkat dan sajikan diatas tahu telur.
* Bumbu pecel diletakan di wasah terpisah dan campur dengan air panas hingga larut. Saya suka agak kental.. Bila mau cair, tambahkan air lagi. Peras jeruk nipis ke dalam bumbu pecel lalu aduk
* tuang bumbu pecel di atasnya lalu sajikan.
