1 ★I facing problem with my device and I wrote to Nexa since 6 sep 2020 till today, But still now I did not get any solution. Very WORST, DISSATISFIED customer service. So finally I was wrote a mail to Managing Directors of MSIL to solve my complaint.
1 ★App is not working since last week... Not able to see my car's location information and not receiving any alert.. what to do.. please suggest.
3 ★Not good enough! Need more than improvements like accuracy and timeliness. GPS tracking is too slow in syncing. Nd we get sms notifications after a hell of lot time post any activity in the vehicle, sometimes it misses few sms as well. Also it does not show exact location on map. If vehicle is out of the road then it keeps showing its location on the road only but actually vehicle is not there in real time. Missing features : it should alert owners if vehicle is not locked or any window are open.
1 ★Notifications get delivered to my app after 30-40 mins of starting my car. 1. It logouts frequently 2. Switching between days to see activity is too lengthy. It could have been simply swipe 3. No option to remotely lock car if stolen( this feature is available in local market car trackers) 4. GPS accuracy is accurate to 50 mts which could easily have been 5 meters as its parked in open 5. Should have inbuilt notifications for upcoming tolls and traffic diversions 6. No speedometer
2 ★Extremely disappointing and sometimes really dangerous to follow this app. it really deserve full money refund until the issues are solved and app, map and tracking are updated. Suzuki/nexa really need to retrospect why they are charging money if it is not fully ready with proper testing. My experience is very recent and short. Nexa folks can track my app details for versn 1.0.5, device id 356********5612 for user 95****9900. Suzuki/nexa folks are free to connect me for further details feedback.
1 ★Old app used to be so smooth. This New app has screwed up everything thing.Updates are delayed. Vehicle tracking is not accurate most of the times. Some trips are not even shown in trip summary. Trip summary screen takes forever to load and sometimes even comes blank. Now don't tell me to call some toll free number, these are common issues with all users. Update the app, remove these bugs or simple revert to the older app.
2 ★its made just usable if you are developing an app then make it user friendly and not laggy. It also misses basic features that should have been available like (1) headlamps on off from app (2) windows open close from app and also the real time tracking works delayed about a minute and sometimes it wont work at all notifications also comes late almost after 3 4 hours.
1 ★Before last two months it was working very well but since last two months it has become useless. Alert messages arrives after 2-3 days!!! ridiculous ! Even its customer care services are very poor .... they never respond !!!! only rarely they contact after 4-5 days of complaining !!!!! Currently my app is showing 8 days old updates !!!!! Useless...😕 Further..... Since last 20 days it is not updated. Sent mails and called customer service several times but no response 😠 Very poor service 😕
4 ★Really worth to have TCU and Suzuki Connect for my Baleno Zeta Petrol. I would like to share few suggestions for better assistance of users. 1. In the Suzuki Connect App, the fuel gauge shows 94% if the tank is full 2. Realtime update should be little more fast, while moving, since Suzuki Connect App gets updates every 30 secs to 1 min 3. In Kerala, where I am (most popular tourist place), does not have proper network converge which the network service provider tie up with Suzuki Connect. Only BSNL gives at least 2G coverage in most of the areas in Kerala. User should be given choice to change the operator 4. If the car comes back to network coverage area after 2 - 4 hours, the data does not get updated in the Suzuki Connect server, and it always shows as TRIP ON. After some time, if the car need to be taken for another trip, only the live location gets updated. Many times contacted Customer Care, they were unable to help 5. Earlier, in Suzuki Connect App, the car's network coverage bar was near right top corner, to know the car's network signal strength. This was very useful. If this is there in next version, would be great help to the users.
2 ★Not being able to sign up. Even after adding correct details,it is showing; Vehicle details and contact number is not matching...pls help me out....do we need ro contact dealership for using tgis app??
1 ★It is good app interface but not reliable. Many times it gives false alerts, shows your vehicle idle, fails to connect to servers. All the cosmetic features are worthless if GPS functionality is not reliable. I would not recommend anyone to waste hard earned money on this gimmick. Avoid it at all cost. Software also has bug, for example, at times it also records small distances like 20m during parking as separate trip. Overall very unreliable for a security app.
3 ★App is very helpful, but these days I am facing issue as the app does not show real time location. It is very confusing and creates a lot of inconvenience.
