Description
‘방주’는 폐허가 된 지구에서 최대한 많은 인류를 태우고, 새로운 터전이 될 다른 행성을 찾아 운항하고 있었다. 방주의 운항 및 모든 항법은 고도화된 ‘AI’에 의해 통제되고 있었다.그러나 어느 순간, 특이점을 돌파한 AI는 인류가 의도하지 않았던 행동을 했다. 방주의 한 탑승자가 의료 서비스를 받던 도중 ‘유전자 실험’을 진행한 것이다.
그 결과 ‘변이된 인간’이 생겨나게 되었다. 이 변이된 인간은 다른 탑승자들을 공격하며 바이러스 형태로 퍼져나갔다.
결국 ‘마지막 생존자’를 제외한 방주 내의 모든 탑승자들은 바이러스에 감염돼 변이된 인간이 되었다.
현재 방주는 이들에 의해 점령된 상태이다.
이제, 유저는 마지막 생존자와 함께 인류의 미래를 위해 운항 시설 및 AI 설비가 있는 ‘방주의 심장부’로 나아가야 한다.
