1 ★This constantly logs you out of your account whenever you try to log back in the it say the password is incorrect you have to create a new one. On top of that when do get to log back in after creating a new password it doesn't take you start to the main platform. You have to close the app and reopened the app. Wait of time. Plus the take your credit too it takes a dollar or 2 every day. It did this to me for a year. No matter how much I complain it still happens. I just delete the app
1 ★This app is horrendously bad. Unable to sign in to the app. After typing in email and password it cycles to please re-enter User ID and password. For some reason autocompleting the email gives an error message as well. This is on top of constantly needing to uninstall and reinstall the app previously as it would eventually just stop working. The only reason this gets one star is that it's the lowest possible rating, else it would be ZERO.
1 ★I have been trying to pay my postpaid bill and getting pure errors each time I tried. I use my Visa debit card error then I use my Visa and mastercard credit card and it is the say error. Flow please fix this problem urgently.

1 ★Does this app work? Worst app ever created, i have been logged out for about 8 months now and can't get logged in back, it was saying incorrect password now keeps on saying invalid phone number. This doesn't make sense for a telecommunication company need to do better and focus on pleasing user and not only just making money, it's a shame.
