5 ★Never had a problem with this app

1 ★Trying to create account on App using Samsung 7edge. Won't let me put in date of birth. I'm not techy at all and completely stumped. Help please

1 ★I waited 3 long months for the headset, it arrived today, it won't connect to my phone. Not happy.

1 ★App nearly completely fails to link device to app which means you can use the device... Expecting this to get fixed ASAP.... ....no, the update did nothing to fix the bugginess with this app. It is hit and miss...and mostly miss. Now I managed to use the device one more time (total of 2 times since received it weeks ago) but afterward it again could not keep a connection between the app and the device and would start a session and then end it a minute later....then reconnect.....then disconnect... 3/3/2018- No, the update hasnt helped much with the bugginess of the software. I have gone through 17 sets of gel pads and the device worked three times so far (just starting the third session). It took over 15 minutes of constant off/on, restarting the app, etc before it finally connected and maintained a connection to complete the program. It has major problems connecting and when it manages to connect and work, it is extremely random. 3/25/18- continues to be buggy and most of the time doesnt link. The randomness of successful links (and sessions) is very odd. BTW, why does Modius insist on asking for contact, etc. information?-- how about getting the app right first?

5 ★App was really good at walking me to the process of connecting to my device. can't vouch for the device itself yet

1 ★Do not upgrade to v1.5 on Android 6 on HTC one x10 the app is broken does not refresh have to kill the application to update the home screen. A major step backward from version 1.4.

2 ★I have a Samsung s7 and I get to the enter your date of birth and it won't enter . My daughter's phone is an iPhone . Hers did register but the Bluetooth kept going off. After waiting months for it too arrive we are so disappointed

4 ★Delighted with new app; my major issue has been accessed; Thanks Team Modius! No longer needs reset if you miss a day. Still a super user friendly interface! :-D

3 ★So far I like the product, but this latest update will lose connection with the device. The device will shut down and when I reconnect the timer starts over like it hasn't been used. Need to fix this!

1 ★Account in app won't sync with internet account. Hard to blue tooth. I don't usually bother with returning things. I just throw them in the trash and chalk it up bullsh*t.
