1 ★Horrendous app. Won't unlock my phone. The phone is fully paid off. Getting the error. Unlock failed. You've ran into server issues. T-Mobile has no clue.

1 ★I don't even know why this app shows up on my phone suddenly after a factory reset. Got the phone via Google store directly, and never had this app before. This should be on demand app not a system app that get pushed globally.

1 ★I'm unable to uninstall this from my phone. I got sent a refurbished phone from Google for my phone that I purchased directly from Google. I should not have to deal with extra apps that I don't want. I should be able to uninstall this. For the record this thing does work and says my phone is unlocked.

1 ★Purchased a 3a XL on Google Fi... paid in full. This tmo software came pre-installed with an indication the phone is locked to tmo. Obviously a false statement as I was able to bounce tower to tower including other carriers on the Google Fi plan. Uninstalled this useless garbage.
