1 ★very disappointed. I have installed this several time and it always say my info is not correct. I am a member and I also tried reset password and it am said my email is incorrect which is wrong because I get my emails from my class daily.

3 ★It's very difficult to pair my OTbeat burn with this app/phone for an out of studio workout. Sometimes it successfully pairs, sometimes it doesn't, even when fully charged.

1 ★I was able to use it out of the fitness center once and now it won't sync anymore, kinda pointless to purchase if you can't use outside of the gym sessions.

1 ★I love OT but if you are looking to an out of studio workout, it rarely connects to your tracker. App has had this issue for well over a year. Please fix!

1 ★This app does Not Work. I tried to pick the facility and nothing happens. There should also be an option in the app to sync the myzone chest heartrate monitor.

2 ★Lacks functionality for tracking out of studio workouts. Syncing for out of studio workouts is temperamental. Studio workout summary doesn't incluse step count and is nothing more than a very basic snapshot.

1 ★Same as others, cannot get the Out of Studio Workout to work. Worked ONCE then will not sync again. This is the reason I paid the money for this device so I'm pretty pissed it doesn't ever work 😠

1 ★Installed to see my total classes attended but can't login why? Because they've LIMITED THE PASSWORD LENGTH! Are you kidding me?! Take this app out back, shoot it in the face, and bury it. It'll take less time to add a "total class tally" feature to your other apps than update this abortion.

1 ★Almost never pairs with my device tracker... And, I do mean NEVER! When it does, you cannot mute the voice. Poor quality app. Do better.

1 ★I am a member. I do have an email and address, however it keeps saying that I don't have an account. This is nuts! I would really like to be able to record outside of studio workouts.

1 ★Always get an error logging in. I have to keep phoning my gym to get my password reset. I don't know if it's the app or my gym that is the problem but I give up.

1 ★I have no idea how to see my stats from my past workouts. This app seems pretty useless. It needs an over haul, stat!
