3 ★A little slow to load initially. Have to sign into provider often, almost every launch. No Chromecast support. It's there, but disfuncional.

1 ★Edit 3: App updated and it's still useless for Chromecast. At least it plays in the app now, but it won't play connected. Edit 2: 3 weeks later. Chromecast connects but STILL can't get the game to actually play. Please fix. It's great that I can watch the Bruins games on the go. It's great they finally are Chromecast compatible. However, the Chromecast feature is very unreliable half the time. Can't connect, or when it does connect, it doesn't play.

1 ★The live stream feature rarely works. It has been several months since I was last able to stream a bruins game and when it did work it would crash regularly. It was not this bad during baseball season, but unfortunately it has totally collapsed since then.

1 ★Worst sports app...works at the beginning but towards the end of the game always fails. Rather it would be the opposite. Fix it please

1 ★This app is terrible. Firstly, You must have a Gmail or Facebook account to use it (which is a massive security issue). Second, there are CONSTANT buffering issues making watching the app virtual unwatchable. it is honestly insufferable, especially when I pay for a subscription.

1 ★The watch feature stops working and can't seem to ever get through a full game. The ads seem to work just fine though.

1 ★The support from NESN when it comes to Android is awful. The app sometimes works in the app, but never works when trying to chromecast. Always gives an error that it can't play in the app and then when trying to use chromecast, no video displays. Rinse and repeat

1 ★Honestly, embarrassing in 2021 that the app doesn't work smoothly for casting on chromecast. Constantly crashing and not working.

1 ★The one thing you want to do with it (cast a live game) doesn't work well (seems to need to load about once a minute for 3 seconds or so). Awful experience. Looking forward to it working right.

They updated this app and everything went wrong.No matter where I am or how much signal I have or even if Im connected to WIFI the live stream is so choppy when playing its unwatchable. Whats more frustrating is there is always seamless HD streaming when the game Im watching is on a commercial break.The commercials are always play crystal clear without interruption but the second the game comes back on it goes back to freezing constantly.I got so frustrated I uninstalled it.

1 ★Casting does not work and watching on your phone only works sometimes. App needs to be updated in a major way.

1 ★Buffering problems are constant. App will crash often. Often won't even load. Major upgrade needed.
