5 ★The new app release makes things so much convenient as far as reporting and tickets are concerned. I like that you can access what you need on the go without waiting to get back to the desktop.

5 ★I love working with Docketly. This job is like the Gig Job of the law community. It allows you to earn money at the times and days that you choose. Scheduling is flexible and you can set your hours as you choose. In addition, Docketly came out with a new Docketly app that loads on your phone. With the app you can accept assignments and review your calendar as well as other important functions. Docketly is highly recommended!

3 ★I enjoy working with docketly...I give the company itself 5 stars! The new app, however, I would only give 1. The app doesn't list all available hearings. I'll receive an email for a hearing, and it will be listed on the website, but not on the app. I also have my county preferences saved, but I have to sort through every hearing in every county on the app. Finally, I can't view attachments on the app.

1 ★More difficult to use than past versions, not all info needed is displayed in an easy way, such as where the case is. Report filing twice as cumbersome. Wish you would go back to the old set up

5 ★I have been working with Docketly for about 2 years. Despite problems which arise in the Courts, Docketly has always had my back. Having worked for other companies, I find this group to be rapid in responding to my questions and getting the correct answers or position which we need to take in certain courts.

3 ★I prefer the previous version. It was more compartmentalized. I didn't see the room number/department or plaintiff to notify in the new version for reports. Overall, harder to navigate.

2 ★Newest version is cumbersome and inefficient! THERE IS NO WAY TO PRINT FROM THE APP THAT I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DISCOVER! I am very sorry that I updated on my primary phone, fortunately I have the old version on my secondary phone. Whoever designed this version should have been eaten by a shark while walking on the beach before they thought of this ridiculous update! 🤬

4 ★I like that it takes you directly to the cases you have scheduled. It will take a minute to get used to the tabs and layout, but so far so good!
