При молитве стоит понимать, что нужно именно молиться, а не читать. Другими словами, нужно вникать в текст молитвы и понимать о чём идёт речь. Если вы отвлекаетесь, сбиваетесь и т.д. - вернитесь и повторите. Не впадайте в транс - этим могут воспользоваться бесы!
Если с этим разобрались, хочу представить вашему вниманию вариант утреннего и вечернего правила для мирян (новичков?) из книги "Как учиться домашней молитве" на русском языке. Последнее полезно для новичков, которым сложно даётся старославянский текст, а ведь важно понимать о чём ты молишься.
