43 establecimientos hosteleros concursan en la segunda edición de esta iniciativa gastronómica, que se celebra del 4 al 7 deAbril.Regresa la cita gastronómica más multitudinaria de la ciudad: la Ruta de la Tapa que, en esta cuarta edición, reúne a 43 establecimientos hosteleros.
Los fogones empiezan a encenderse para que los platos reciban la comida de diseño del jueves 4 al domingo 7 de Abril.
El Ayuntamiento, en colaboración con la Asociación de Comerciantes y Pequeñas Empresas de Covibar y la Asociación de Empresarios de Arganda, Rivas y Comarca (ASEARCO), organiza la iniciativa que, este año, se celebra bajo la temática literaria 'Tapas de libro'.
CONSUMIR Y VOTAR
Cada vez que alguien consuma una tapa en un establecimiento, éste deberá poner un sello encima del recuadro de su tapa.
Para que cada persona pueda participar en la votación deberá haber consumido, al menos, cinco tapas diferentes y tener cinco sellos.
Una vez hecho esto, introduce el 'rutero', con la votación de la que considera mejor tapa, en cualquiera de las urnas que hay habilitadas en cada establecimiento.
