6 buah paha ayam, rebus, buang tulang, cincang halus
80 ml santan kental
1/2 sdt garam
1 sdt gula pasir
2 lembar daun jeruk
1 cm jahe memarkan
1 lembar daun salam
Bumbu halus:
3 siung bawang putih
4 buah bawang merah
1 sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt ketumbar
3 buah kemiri
Langkah
60 menit
Buat bahan isi: Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum tambahkan daun jeruk, jahe, daun salam. Masukkan ayam cincang tambahkan santan kental, gula dan garam. Aduk sampai santan kering. Cicipi rasa, angkat. Sisihkan
Buat kulit sosis: Siapkan mangkok besar masukkan telur lalu kocok. Tambahkan garam, minyak, aduk rata. Masukkan tepung terigu bergantian dengan air, aduk sampai licin lalu saring.
Panaskan teflon, tuang 1 sendok sayur biarkan sampai matang
Ambil selembar kulit sosis lalu isi dengan bahan isian, lipat lalu celupkan kedalam putih telur lalu goreng diminyak panas api sedang sampai kuning kecoklatan
Hidangkan dengan cabe rawit utuh atau dicocol sambal thailand, mantab.
