An international institution aimed at coordinating the efforts of the institutions of the Muslim communities in non-Muslim countries and enhancing their role to achieve civilizational witnesses to encourage their members to contribute to the advance of their civil, cultural and economic states, correct the stereotypical image of Islam and Muslim societies and bridge the intellectual and cultural gap between the components of human society. It should be noted that this Council is not intended to be a substitute for local institutions operating in Muslim communities in non-Muslim countries or government institutions. Rather, it is focused on helping these institutions develop mechanisms that will serve individuals in the service of their home countries through a platform to help them exchange experiences and work. In order to be able to build a better future forfuture generations in their communities and to cooperate with their respective governments to do so.
