実際、天然酵母と聞いて「ハードなパン」という一般的なイメージがあるかと思いますが従来の市販イーストと比較しても天然酵母はパンの老化を遅くし、かつ焼き上げ後も熟成が進むため時間が経つにつれ、より味わい深くなります。
その天然酵母で育てた「生地＝素材」をもとに、老若男女問わずご来店いただけるようバラエティ豊かで豊富なメニューでお客様が五感で楽しんでいただけるお店・パン作りをしております。
