5 ★Updated review: Increased 🌟 rating from four to five. Application now supports, change name and icon with password protection. One thing that is not working properly is alarm sound. It is stopping when I am touching the screen or pressing volume buttons. Sound should stop when device is unlocked. Hope developer will fix the issue. Nice app, BIG THANKS.
5 ★yeah this app is good but please one more feature in this app like while switching off the mobile please add the pattern lock or screen lock or pin to turn off the mobile because if you add these feature than its work 💯 and usefull to everyone. if you add these feature then no one can turn off the phone without entering the pin or password. i have taken the pro subscription its can affordable price only for every one to secure the mobile.
1 ★Waste app. Nothing in it works properly even with premium version, sometime works sometime not, everytime i restart or activate again this for its working...i wasted my money .. In short this app 1. Not work properly 2. Sound affect not in working (how to stop) 3. Picture quality 4. And last location was inaccurate
1 ★It doesn't deliver on all the features it boasts about . For the first time , when it is tested seems perfect. But if I lock my phone again , it does not take any pictures and the app doesn't even run in the background Utter waste of money
4 ★Really good application. works well with password. The only issue i am facing is that it doesn't work with wrong fingerprint authentication. Fingerprint gets failed and leads to the password lock screen and if it fails at this screen, App takes pictures and send send it along with location.
2 ★When i installed the purchased app on my oppo f9 pro, it shows the warning message like "the device manager permission "is on system security risks exists. tap to close. so i couldn't get the full experience of this app kindly help me out in this case. The warning message always shows on the top of the phone. I have mailed two times for this issue, unfortunately there is no response
2 ★Works only in trial mode and then in real mode it works only once or twice. Also, the choice of email account shouldn't be kept limited to gmail accounts used on the device.People should be allowed to enter an external email id so that the thief doesn't delete the email received before the owner sees it.
3 ★Might be the settings in my Samsung Galaxy 10, but CrookCatcher is not working at all. Bit of a disappointment because Lockwatch, their competitor, did. No mails, no photo's, no location, nothing. Tried everything (yes, battery optimization, overlay, background, etc., etc.) 😳
5 ★Just a suggestion: how about adding a modify settings permission to activate the mobile data and location to send the pictures and the location..... If this app will not do that well, it will just be useless because android can easily reset the data(including the password of the phone) by the means of using the recovery mode of the device, once you've that all that I have said then I will tell everyone to use this app..... *Thats all thank you*
3 ★Was really happy with how this app worked on my LG, but now I have a Moto G6 Play. I've gotten over 40 messages from the app, just this evening, each one saying that my SIM card has been changed. I don't see how, since the phone has been right here next to me all evening. I've been getting the same messages intermittently all week, but tonight takes the cake.
3 ★Have too much to improve... Thief just have access to the menu bar, so it can just turn airplane mode on or turn the phone off and you will never see your phone again. This app should block menu bar and power button (also long press).
1 ★UPDATE: Today they responded to my review that was posted in 2019. That was over 3 years ago. (They did offer to help me get the app off my phone but I no longer have that phone.) Why is this still in the app store? Original review: Acts like a VIRUS. Very aggressive about letting me deactivate or uninstall, even when I tried from many different angles. Have not even seen it help anything at all. Asks for too many permissions. That should have been a red flag.
