“YALÇIN HOCA” olarak hukuk serisi uygulamalarımıza Anayasa ile başlıyoruz. Modern devletin ana bileşeni demokrasi ve hukuktur. Özellikle hukuk her yurttaşın az veya çok bilmesi ve riayet etmesi gereken husustur. Bundan dolayı hukuk serisi olarak yayınlayacağımız yazılı kanunlarımızdan tüm kanunları bağlayıcı olan Anayasa ile serimize başladık. Niyetimiz “YALÇIN HOCA” hukuk serisinde yürürlükteki tüm kanunlarımızın zaman içinde “uygulama şeklinde” her zaman kolaylıkla kullanılabilecek derli toplu bir hale getirilmesi.Uygulamamız tek el kullanımına uygun olarak dizayn edilmiştir. Anayasa’nın maddeleri aslına uygun olarak kendi bölümlerinde yer almakta ve her madde altında akordeon menü içerisinde gerekçesi ile bulunmaktadır. İlgili gerekçe butonuna basıldığında aşağı açılır/kapanır şekilde dizayn edilmiş, böylelikle hem okuma bütünlüğü korunmuş, hem de daha kolay gerekçelere erişme imkânı sunulmuştur.
Uygulamada hem uygulama içi kelime arama, hem de sadece başlıklarda arama yapabilme özelliği bulunmaktadır. Kullanıcı ister başlık araması yapıp istediği başlığa gider, istese anahtar kelime araması ile o kelimelerin geçtiği sayfalara gider. Başlık araması en alt başlıkları da kapsayacak şekilde düzenlenmiştir. Yapılan aramada çıkan sonuç tıklandığında başlığın bulunduğu sayfada tam ilgili başlığın olduğu kısma gider. Bu fonksiyon sayesinde uygulamada istediği kısma gitmek için dakikalar harcanmaz. Ayrıca sayfa kaydetme fonksiyonu ile kaldığınız sayfayı kaydedip sonra tekrar oradan okuma yapabilirsiniz.
